Handling team of subordinates.
To maintain track record & the documentation of the subordinates.
Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
Coordinates, negotiates and liaision with employment , recruitment and interview schedules.
Conduct interviews up to senior executive levels.
Arranges interviews for management levels.
Prepare letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
Conduct exit interview.
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
Perform other special projects as assigned
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Give presentations
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Utilize the portals for recruitment.
