This company is expanding at fast pace in India is currently looking for Sales person with excellent communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
ï‚§ very good knowledge of financial markets, including OTC products
ï‚§ at least 2 years of sales experience with successful track record
ï‚§ native Hindi and fluent English language (additional Indian languages would be considered a plus)
ï‚§ strong customer orientation, excellent selling and interpersonal skills
ï‚§ knowledge of Indian market tissue for OTC products
ï‚§ strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
ï‚§ very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
ï‚§ good knowledge of Metatrader 4 platform would be considered an advantage
ï‚§ leadership skills, enthusiastic, proactive and entrepreneurial
ï‚§ the right candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills and problem solver"s attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
ï‚§ dealing with potential customers and Introducing Brokers
ï‚§ building business relationships with agents and developing an effective net of sales
ï‚§ training and leading sales and customer support teams
ï‚§ formulating and implementing sales strategies to increase sales revenues
ï‚§ organizing financial training seminars for customers
ï‚§ complying with all business policies and procedures of the company
ï‚§ reporting to the Country manager in a timely and accurate way
ï‚§ achieving sales targets and service benchmarks
ï‚§ looking after the Indian website
ï‚§ developing new marketing tools
ï‚§ Constantly reviewing and improving the sales performance
